 Medomak Cooperative is a safe and friendly community located near route one, in Waldoboro, Maine. Our residents enjoy a community garden, many social events and community involved projects. We are within walking distance to stores, and the local elementary school.

Centrally located, we are five minutes to the ocean, 12 minutes to Damariscotta Lake State Park, and 20 minute drive to the Rockland Breakwater and Lighthouse. This is perfect for fresh and saltwater lovers alike.

 

In our resident owned Community you are an owner, a member, and your voice matters. You help make the decisions that impact you, your family, and the community in which you live.

 

Our family oriented community is affordable, no matter your family size. $270 a month includes water, sewer, trash, and snow removal. All new residents need to be approved for membership and a one time, $50 membership fee is required to join the co-op.
